What to Expect:
Location: Berlin, Germany
Duration: 6 months 
Start date: March 2024
Time type: Part time
As part of the People organization, you will support our Berlin based HR Shared Service Team in delivering first line support for our employees. Our Shared Service Team is the go-to point for HR related administrative topics and is handling requests regarding various topics on a daily basis.
We are looking for a reliable, autonomous, and diligent person who will support our team with the work on standard requests and will help us achieving a common goal: deliver the best possible employee experience!

What Youll Do:
Support our HR Shared Service Team throughout with the daily business
Assist with the requests of our employees in the ticket system
Provide day-to-day administrative support for the team
Support on ad hoc requests and tasks as requested

What Youll Bring:
Pursuing a degree in HR, Administration or related
Structured way of work and good administrative skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Profciency in both German and English
Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR/administration is preferred
Customer Service experience is a highly welcomed
